IT Project Manager – RTSS ADMS Project
Department: BSC RTSS & Backhaul/Mesh Ops
Duration: 12 months (may extend)
Location: Fully remote – must be local to any company satellite office - PA, DE, MD or IL
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
About the Department
The RTSS & Backhaul/Mesh Ops group supports real-time systems and communication networks that power company'senergy grid operations.

RTSS (Real-Time Systems Support) manages critical systems like ADMS, SCADA, and OMS, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring and control of power distribution.

Backhaul/Mesh Ops handles the telecommunication backbone and mesh network operations that connect field devices, sensors, and substations with control centers.
Together, these teams enable secure, reliable data flow across the grid — forming the backbone of company's smart energy infrastructure.
Role Summary
The IT Project Manager will oversee projects related to ADMS, SCADA, and network system upgrades or deployments within company's real-time operations environment.
This includes managing timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional coordination between IT, engineering, and operations teams.
Key Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of solid, hands-on project management experience — must be clearly reflected in work history.

Certification: PMP preferred (priority given to PMP-certified candidates).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Education: Open – degree not required.

Industry Background: Open – utilities, IT infrastructure, or engineering project experience helpful but not mandatory.
