Looking for candidate with strong SAP experience. Plant is looking to re-establish Maintenance work process and will need a candidate familiar with SAP functionality to develop site maintenance work process.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update SAP (computerized maintenance managed system)
• Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, regulatory, and operational needs
• Create and manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and resource utilization
• Estimate labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability for planned work
• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement as needed
• Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiency
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in shutdown/turnaround planning and execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance planning or maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environment
• Experience with rotating and fixed equipment (pumps, compressors, reactors, piping systems, etc.)
• Strong SAP skills.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices
• Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), equipment drawings, and technical manuals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PSM, etc.)
