Job Description Summary:Sets
up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Reminder: Must have - Mixing/blending experience/making batches/batch production experience
• Ensure efficient operation of case forming, case packing, labeling and all other downstream equipment
• Perform package quality checks and maintain accurate records and logs
• Work directly with maintenance personnel, other line personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies
• Troubleshoot and correct machinery or quality problems
• Work directly with maintenance personnel, other line personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
• Prepare all equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure smooth, sanitary and safe operation

1:30pm to 12am -We work 10 hour shifts with expectation to work 12 hours when volume is heavy

Must have mixing experience/blending experience! Mixing /blending concentrate, making batches
