Start times are between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
End times are from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The days that we close at 9:00 PM the person will most likely be scheduled a half shift, either opening or closing
7 days per week availability
4 days on, 3 days off
10.5 hour work days (w/30 minute lunch)
Summary
- Our Facilities team is currently looking for a Vending Technician Assistant to support the beverage operations at the World of Client in Atlanta.
- This role is a Short-Term Assignment from May 19th, 2025 through September 5, 2025 and will cover all areas noted along with any maintenance and repair of vending machines, soda fountains, and Freestyle machines and will assist in be responsible for all PMs and repairs for this equipment.
- This is a highly visible role, and work is often performed in high-traffic guest areas; therefore, the ability to perform tasks and provide basic guest interaction will be expected.
- Successful candidates will be a role model for others and will work productively with little supervision.
- This position is full time (100%), requires 7 day per week availability and weekend work is required.
- Relocation is not available.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Analyse and troubleshoot all minor problems with equipment, identify solutions, recommend, and implement methods, procedures, and/or techniques for resolution consult with senior technicians for solutions.
- Maintain and inspect equipment and ensure it is in satisfactory condition (e.g., clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routing, maintain conveyor belts, hook up and load/unload materials, clean soda fountain diffusers, flush lines, label fountains, clean work areas) according to company policies and procedures
- Assist in Order and installation of equipment as part of regular maintenance and repair
Inventory Control:
- Maintain bag in box (BIB) room/Pavilion/Base Camp/Taste It/Loading dock organization
- Move product with forklift, remove/replace on racks
- Check product levels in vending machines and replenish accordingly
- Check product dates and rotation using first in first out (FIFO) process
- Receive and store in-coming inventory according to expectations and procedure
- Perform weekly inventory counts; report shortages and out-of-stocks according to expectations and procedure
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Must have a valid Georgia Drivers’ License and successfully pass drug screen
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively, with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work flexible shifts hours both day and evenings, 7 days per week, and alternate holidays.
- Basic operating of a computer to include: basic excel knowledge, sending emails, typing word documents
- Able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- 1 year- experience or more maintaining vending machines, fountain equipment, Freestyle machines and general warehouse experience
