This is currently a part time position
Role:
- Responsible for incentive management and analysing key metrics compensation through incentive scheme, calculation and standard comprehensive dashboard and reports which will support payout compliance and strategic decisions by using quality incentive data.
Key Responsibilities:
Incentive & Award Management:
- Understand business flows to co-work with Comex and Finance Team to planning & validation incentive scheme
- Manage full cycle of incentive: budget planning, update, rLBE, Actual, Placements and Pipeline Closes)
- Perform incentive & award calculation & collaboration with Comex and Finance team to have monthly and quarterly time payout incentive
- Communicate the performance, incentive & award to field force user
- Governance incentive process: validation, execution, communication, payout, documentation, audit
Sales, KPI Target control & performance tracking:
- Work with Comex and Finance Team to validate, adjust, communicate the Sales and KPI target to field force user
- Perform the performance tracking and validation
Performance, Incentive & Award Analytics:
- Performance validation data for goal sheet
- Performance, Incentive & Award analytics
- Incentive Model Management
- Manage the Incentive Model Management
- Maintenance incentive & award schema monthly/quarterly/annually
Qualifications:
Working Experience
- At least 5-year relevant experience incentive managerial role in managing business or data analytics functions
Education
- BA or MA degree in business administration, analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or accounting/finance

- Advanced Excel, Excel Power Query, Pivot, Model, Excel VBA, Access
