• Hybrid position, candidate ideally in office 2-3 days a week

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year Supply Chain Experience or equivalent
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• PowerBI Experience a plus
• Execution oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional project teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking capability, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent internal and external customer focus

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and oversight of freight reporting programs to drive revenue growth for the organization
• Accessorial freight management and actively working to identify and improve in problem areas
• Close collaboration with cross functional teams to resolve customer related issues and improve the overall supply chain
• Oversight of key KPIs to ensure visibility across the organization
• Collaboration with 3PL network to ensure inventory accuracy across all package types
• Hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office desired
