Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: To manage the entire staff augmentation procurement process and provide administrative support
- Key projects: Supporting the CVP and handling procurement for new hires and additional hardware
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
- 60% calendar management
- 20% procurement for new hires and additional hardware
- 20% morale planning and general business support

Job Summary:
- The Business Support role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and their teams. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating events, handling travel arrangements, and supporting various business operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic calendar management and time planning support for senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and personal preferences.
- Coordinate and manage organizational events, including team meetings, morale events, and other special occasions.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for senior leaders, including creating detailed itineraries.
- Support expense management and financial reporting for the executive office.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business priorities and cadences.
- Participate in the Business Support community, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of discipline.
- Maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements.
- Oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
