Description

Flexible start and end time, likely 10:00 am -7:00 PM

Location: Hybrid schedule, must be driving distance to the facility

Availability: While Saturday work is rarely required, candidates must have availability on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements:

Typing Speed:

  • Minimum of 55 WPM (Candidates are required to complete an online typing test and upload their score with their resume.)

Position Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to assist with document control tasks, including organizing, naming, and transmitting engineering documents.
  • You'll use software to meet customer documentation needs and handle requests for transmittal and communication.
  • Reporting to the Document Control Supervisor, you'll collaborate closely with the project team, so strong communication skills are essential.

Required

  • Candid and timely communication
  • Intermediate proficient in Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Some experience in SharePoint development, creating job aids, and Power Bi
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
