Description

Rangam is seeking candidates for a Contract role as a Supply Chain Business Lead Support - (P2P) with our client Pfizer, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Seeking candidates in NYHQ or Groton locations.

Candidate must be local to NYHQ or Groton locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support Global Clinical Supply (GCS) in management of GCS PO requisition process.
  • Request/review quotes
  • Raise/route/track PO through approval process
  • Manage related documentation
  • Resolve discrepancies
  • Validate source data for monthly billing
  • Manage GMP/GCS system updates as necessary with appropriate PO details; create reports or collate data as needed for use in financial analyses; communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required to resolve queries; ensure blinded integrity of clinical supplies is maintained.
  • Running and publishing established metrics per defined cadence
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed i.e. presentation preparation, managing data within spreadsheets, updating guidance documents
  • Support various projects as assigned by and with guidance from GCSO Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative type function preferably in procurement related role
  • Microsoft Office, Pivot tables, and similar tools
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/requests simultaneously under time constraints across global time zones and meet deadlines in a professional manner
  • Strong listening, written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with Ariba Spend Management or other related procurement tools is a plus
  • Data Analysis skills is a plus

Schedule: Hybrid position, required to be on site 3 days per week / 8am - 5pm EST

Position Comments:      

  • Locations NYHQ or Groton, CT.
  • Hybrid position, required to be on site 3 days per week.
  • HM is open to candidates with a BA/BS
  • Please note the candidate will raise POs, data management and data entry. This position will require communications skills.

  • Associates degree minimum.
