Job Description
- Support the approval of ingredients specifications.
- Review and follow up of ingredients approval requests.
- Support the improvement of digital platforms.
- Support TEC 3 lab operations.
- Shelf-life extension program: support sample receipt, submission, shipping and other operational activities associated with shelf-life extension requests.
Technical knowledge:
- Approval of specifications such as new ingredients or materials for food industry.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems, controlling documentation.
- Attention to detail capabilities is necessary for this role.
- Experience working in food industry
- Power BI and digital tools is a plus.
Education:
- Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Food science bachelor.
- Good communication skills
- Digital tools such as Microsoft applications and power BI.
