Job Description
- Create effective/award-winning advertising campaigns for Client.
About the Role:
- Client is the internal advertising agency inside the Personal Care division within Client.
- This role is for associate creative director with a copywriting background.
- We are looking for someone with exceptional conceptual skills.
- An idea machine.
- Someone who knows a bad brief when they see it and can help fix it.
- This role is for someone who loves advertising, knows it’s history and is comfortable owning a project from brief to final edit.
- A person with 10+ years of agency experience and has worked on a variety of diverse brands.
- You will be tasked with leading the advertising campaign work for some of Client biggest brands.
- You will be well versed in production and how to bring your ideas to life.
- This is a role for an experienced and mature creative who doesn’t get frustrated easily and who can always come back next round with something better.
- The creative department is small but growing quickly.
- It’s a little agency with a start-up mentality.
- You will be working with other creatives and on your own.
Key Responsibilities:
The idea
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Creative Direction: Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects.
- Review and approve campaign work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with content house brand managers and in-house clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve any workflow issues.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in copy/creative direction with at least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
- Ability and experience being a player coach.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and copy skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
