Must Have:
- Strategy and/or facilitation of executive team onsite/offsite meetings, workshops and/or sessions, related prep and meetings, planning and agenda setting, leader coaching, retros, and recommendations and follow-up planning based on session outcomes.
- Support through strategic consulting and hands-on creation and/or support of workstreams related to the momentum of the leadership offsites or other new project work assigned by key leadership team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed within the defined scope, on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards.
- They collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to coordinate all aspects of the project effectively.
Job Duties:
- Define the scope of the project, establish project goals, and develop a comprehensive project plan.Identify and manage project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate the work of team members and vendors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost control.
- Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all project deliverables.Facilitate effective team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Optional Skills:
