Must Have:

  • Strategy and/or facilitation of executive team onsite/offsite meetings, workshops and/or sessions, related prep and meetings, planning and agenda setting, leader coaching, retros, and recommendations and follow-up planning based on session outcomes.
  • Support through strategic consulting and hands-on creation and/or support of workstreams related to the momentum of the leadership offsites or other new project work assigned by key leadership team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed within the defined scope, on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards.
  • They collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to coordinate all aspects of the project effectively. 

Job Duties:

  • Define the scope of the project, establish project goals, and develop a comprehensive project plan.Identify and manage project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate the work of team members and vendors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all project deliverables.Facilitate effective team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for effectively planning and prioritizing project tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Optional Skills:

  • Experience with project management software for efficient project planning and tracking.Knowledge of specific project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to adapt to different project requirements.
  • Experience in a particular industry or sector, allowing for industry-specific project management expertise
