Description
M-F between 7am and 5pm (flexible). Potential to shift to weekends or alternate days
Remote. Preferably client territory though - MA, NY or RI
- Monitor RPA processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
- Provide timely support and resolution for incidents and service requests related to RPA.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
- Maintain documentation for RPA processes, including monitoring procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide Customer Support and feedback related to automated processes.
Skills/Background:
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with incident management tools
