  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) concepts: Directly relevant to our team's focus on supporting GRC orgs and ensuring effective operations.
  • Privacy concepts: Also crucial, as this team works with product teams on innovative solutions that meet Meta's complex compliance landscape, including privacy regulations.

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proficiency in coding languages
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and solve complex problems.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms: Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
  • Cloud computing experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS,Azure, or Google Cloud.

Tools Program manager :

  • The Tools Program Manager will define, execute, and evolve tooling strategy and programs that support review teams across Privacy, Integrity & Security for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization at Client.
  • Partner with a large cross section of cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science to align on the GRC tooling program needs from the overall review process to compliance oversight.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Write efficient and effective SQL queries to analyze and report on data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data pipeline performance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Tooling Strategy & Planning: Prioritize and work with Operations, Product & Engineering on long range planning and vision setting for tooling. Drive and influence technical/product strategy by proactively identifying problems, aligning on priorities, and setting direction for broad areas
  • Roadmapping: Contribute to and lead areas of roadmapping processes by which we gather requirements/feature requests/bugs across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Change Management: As tools/processes evolve, ensure the broader GRC organization has clear direction and know how this will impact their teams and roadmaps through clear change management processes.
  • Launch Readiness/Communication: Help to ensure that launch/implementation processes are followed once product updates are finalized including communication development, training material completion and continuous partnering with the business team to launch.
  • Governance Development: Work with a cross-functional team of experts to develop clear frameworks, standards and guidelines across GRC such as escalation management and incident management.
  • People Development: Coach and mentor Tools Program Team Members
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with select Product and Engineering Managers responsible for building out an area of tooling for Risk Reviews and Compliance Oversight across Integrity, Privacy and Security.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years tooling development or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience influencing stakeholders across a diverse, global, cross-functional team
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs or products that impact the organization’s trajectory
  • Analytical, metrics-driven approach to quality, operational excellence, experience with and the drive to identify and improve inefficiencies throughout a system
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple technical & business teams to develop systems, solutions and products, demonstrate critical thinking, and thought leadership, with a track record of thinking strategically and executing tactically
  • Experience in end-to-end strategy to implementation, moving programs from concept to completion with measurable impact while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience establishing and maintaining work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and with multiple partners across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance concepts
  • Familiarity with Privacy concepts
