Shift/Time Zone:M-F 8:00am-4:30pm est.
Additional Job Details:
Training on-site up to 3 weeks then remote location. Desired high-speed internet.
Must commit to onsite training in miramar for up to 3 weeks. Local candidates only that can make this commute
Must be highly organized and disciplined enough to work remotely without issue and still meet expectations/deliverables for the role. Equipment will be provided for work.
Job Description:
- A Client Supply Order Entry Clerk is responsible for obtaining and entering of client supply orders into the Materials Management software system.
Job responsibilities:
- Obtains client supply orders and enter them into the Materials Management software.
- Interacts with clients as needed to obtain client supply order requests.
- Researches client supply problems in conjunction with Marketing, Logistics and Client Supply warehouse, etc. as needed.
- Informs clients of backorders and expected delivery times.
- Informs clients of utilization constraints if the amount requested exceeds the established utilization ratios.
- Assists the Client Supply Materials Analyst, Client Supply Manager, Warehouse Materials Analyst and/or Warehouse Manager in resolving client utilization questions.
- Informs the appropriate individuals of low stock and backordered items.
- Assists in preparation and distribution of reports as needed.
- Complies with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required.
Job requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry preferred
- Previous call center experience helpful Medical supplies background helpful
Special Requirements:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong communication, especially verbal, skills
- Good record keeping skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to operate a computer, printer, copier and other basic office equipment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent would be helpful, but not required Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
