Description

Schedule:

  • First 2 Months: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Remaining Contract Period: Rotational schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Contract is available for extension

Prefer Chemist over Microbiologist

  • Performs QA lab procedures with minimal supervision using scientific techniques and complex equipment.
  • Analyzes data conducts tests and prepares reports.
  • Requires Bachelors degree- in science related field. experience & lab equipment skills.
  • Must be able to work with MS Office
  • Candidates MUST have technical testing expertise needed for lab operations:
  • Sample Preparation: Ability to prepare samples for testing, including extraction, dilution, titration, filtration, and separation techniques.

Instrument Operation: Proficiency in operating lab equipment such as:

  • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Gas Chromatography (GC)
  • Spectrophotometers (UV-Vis, FTIR)
  • pH meters, balances, and refractometers
  • Microscopes (for microbial or material inspections)
  • Microbiology Testing: Skills in aseptic techniques, inoculations, and use of petri dishes, incubators, and autoclaves for microbial testing.
  • Chemical and Physical Analysis: Knowledge of methods such as titration, density measurement, and understanding of chemical interactions to ensure product safety.
