Description
100% onsite position
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet supply chain objectives.
- Provide daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and M3/SAP.
- Enters in orders from our main shipping warehouse to distribution centers.
- Works with Regional Supply Planners for the latest in order updates and communicates to distribution centers weekly progress on orders.
- Creates manufacturing orders to the manufacturing team to package product prior to shipment.
- Prepares all documentation needed for export shipping to multiple countries.
- Works closely with Shipping and Logistics in order to facilitate shipments that are on-time and in-full.
- Performs inventory adjustments and other transactions as needed to ship products to the appropriate facilities.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of administrative and/or logistics experience
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in SAP platforms
- Strong data analysis
