Description
Position can be hybrid/remote, manager is not opposed to other time zones, but may need to consider EST time zone
- Role is in the R&D quality dept
- Should consider candidates with LESS than 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, would consider a candidate with an Associates degree with years of exp
Title of the role is Business Process Management
- Will be highly involved in the business process management within the Medical Safety area
- Will be involved in creating new SOPs or revisings SOPs, end to end process
- Help deploy required training for compliance
- Deploying in QMS
- Experience with TrueVault
- Experience in electronic document mgmt systems (EDMS), and learning mgmt systems (LMS)
- Must be able to problem solve
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be very detailed
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Must be Proficient in MS Office
- Should have GCP exp
Process and Personnel Qualification Management Expert (PPQME)
Top Three Skills: Problem Solving, strong written and verbal communication, collaboration
Contractor
- This position reports into Process and Data Management (PDM) within RND Quality.
- The PPQME is responsible for supporting Medical Safety/PV business process owners in the end-to-end process for procedural document development and compliance training development and deployment in the Quality Management System (QMS) framework.
- The PPQME should have a strong understanding of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
The position requires:
