Position can be hybrid/remote, manager is not opposed to other time zones, but may need to consider EST time zone

  • Role is in the R&D quality dept
  • Should consider candidates with LESS than 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred, would consider a candidate with an Associates degree with years of exp

Title of the role is Business Process Management

  • Will be highly involved in the business process management within the Medical Safety area
  • Will be involved in creating new SOPs or revisings SOPs, end to end process
  • Help deploy required training for compliance
  • Deploying in QMS
  • Experience with TrueVault
  • Experience in electronic document mgmt systems (EDMS), and learning mgmt systems (LMS)
  • Must be able to problem solve
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Must be very detailed
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Must be Proficient in MS Office
  • Should have GCP exp 

Process and Personnel Qualification Management Expert (PPQME)

Top Three Skills: Problem Solving, strong written and verbal communication, collaboration

Contractor

  • This position reports into Process and Data Management (PDM) within RND Quality.
  • The PPQME is responsible for supporting Medical Safety/PV business process owners in the end-to-end process for procedural document development and compliance training development and deployment in the Quality Management System (QMS) framework.
  • The PPQME should have a strong understanding of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
