Job Description
- We are looking for experienced engineer for the System integration Specialist role for the payment system modernization project.
- System integration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of the payment processing solutions via configuration, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and security
Skill/Experience:
- 6 plus years of relevant software engineering experience
- 4 plus years hands-on experience working in production environments
- Proficiency in JQ and YQ for data manipulation and querying.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in various languages.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful Web Services.
- Familiarity with MySQL and AWS Aurora databases.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good knowledge in tools like Postman, GIT, and other standard industry tools
- Strong understanding of APIs and data interchange formats (JSON, XML)
- Ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams.
- Highly adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, critical project environments.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Requires to be onsite 3-4 days a week, at client office
Responsibilities:
- Payment System Integration: Lead the integration of payment routing engines into our systems, ensuring compatibility with various payment gateways, processors, and financial institutions.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough technical analysis of existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration points and potential challenges.
- API Integration: Design and implement APIs to facilitate communication between our applications and the payment acquirers ensuring smooth data exchange.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize payment routing parameters based on business requirements, ensuring optimal transaction flow and routing decisions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of payment transactions.
