SLO MICRO LAB TEAM

• Ensure that daily raw material samples are received from fullers and weigh bridge, book in ATLAS.
• Collect finished product samples from the taste panel room, check against the LIM system, book in ATLAS
• Collect the chocolate tank, crumb and mil samples from the chocolate control room, prepared and booked in ATLAS.
• In process samples are collected from taste panel room, checked against the finished product list, prepared and booked in the ATLAS.
• Check if any hygiene & R&D samples received, prepare and book.
• Collect and book swabs according to the schedule.
• Ensure the inventory supplies are audited on weekly basis and communicated to the team supervisor.
• Scan the worksheet and distribute to Eurofins and relevant associates.
• NIR instruments are calibrated weekly and NIR verification samples are collected as schedule.
• Collect water samples and conduct air plates testing according to the schedule.
• Collect the allergen and tool box swabs periodically.
• Sort the extra(start-up/shut down) finished product samples on weekly basis.
• Populate the swab, finished product, in process product, water/air plates, out going tanker results into the excel sheets regularly.
• Sort the PRIMP samples on weekly basis.
• Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and timely.
• Ensure that lunch & coffee/smoking breaks are taken within the prescribed timings.
• Maintain the Lab working environment is up to client standards.
• Maintain the clean as you go in the lab.
• Work proactively, unsupervised at weekends
• Ensure that all quality and safety procedures are followed in the factory.
