Job Description

  • You will bring design strategy all the way to execution, translating business and consumers needs into effective design ideas and packaging.
  • You are a hands-on and meticulous designer with exceptional creativity skills. As you work across the region, you will need strong communication skills to build relationships with the local market counterparts.
  • Responsibilities include coming up with creative campaign concept & ideas and translate that into key visuals, Design digital assets for business specific category, E-Commerce campaigns (up to 30 assets per campaign, up to 180 visuals per month for use on social media or e-Retailer platform), E-content for e-Retailer page such as power images, secondary benefit visuals, etc.
  • Flagship store flow & assets with guidance from brand team, Support to business on mega KCPs and Super Brand Day, Adapt existing visual/message/working files/templates into different sizes, some minor additions maybe required, example add confetti, change colour of background, or pulling  elements from a psd to make the asset look more appealing, etc., Capability to create basic GIF/IG Story content for social media platform and basic video editing, Turnaround assets in 2-3 working days based on customer requirements inclusive of 2-3 rounds of edits.

 

Skills:

  • Design degree from an accredited college or University, 3 years design experience and/or experience within creative agencies, Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.), Understanding on print feasibility and color management would be nice to have.
