Onsite / Hybrid - 3 Days onsite / 2 Remote (Flexible but team is onsite Tues-Thurs and would be their preference for contract role as well)

Job Description
The Project Manager (Contractor), Office of Integrations & Acquisitions (OOIA) reports through Clinical Sciences, Strategic Operations, and is responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional projects across Clinical Sciences stakeholders. Candidates have experience in driving large and small-scale transformations from strategy through execution, with measurable impact.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Drive deliverable preparation and own individual deliverables (process or analytical models, compliance documentation, presentation materials, etc.).
- Develop and assess integrated project plans, status reports, and tracks issues and facilitate resolution.
- Facilitate business teams to develop current state and future state process models.
- Accountable for providing support to the OOIA Program Manager navigate the change management process effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborates effectively with management, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and team members inside and outside of Clinical Sciences to design and implement cross-functional solutions and best practices.
- Develops effective working relationships with project team members. Communicates (oral and written) and interacts effectively with project sponsors, and shares information regarding projects concisely and effectively to project stakeholders.
- Additionally, the Project Manager will provide support to OOIA on integration related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in health science field, MD, DO, Pharm. D, RPh in Pharmacy, BSN. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry. A broad scope of Clinical, Clinical Pharmacology, Data & Statistical Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Regulatory, and/or industry experience is strongly desirable.
