The manager is looking for a BA who is Analytical and a little bit of technical

Nice-to-have: 60 analytical/40 technical Day in the life: Billing data in the Retail Ops group

Excel: Vlookups, Pivots, Delimited, etc

Sql: will need to be comfortable running the data and understand queries, but won’t need to write queries, but will need to be aware of when things might need to change in the queries

Nice-to-Have: experience updating Power BI Will start with one pod, but will need to be flexible to move from one group to another

Education: min any Bachelor’s degree; 4-5+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Experience: prefers min 1 year of experience, but if VERY strong, will consider less than 1 year Regulatory considerations Someone needs to understand the larger picture and the large ramifications of their actions Gas/Power billing experience would be VERY helpful to have

- Some experience with looking at PowerBI and familiarity with pulling SQL data with existing queries
