Retail Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid, only Moments that Matter

Duration: extension and conversion are both possible 

The manager is looking for someone that is enthusiastic to join an Energy company and is analytical, techincal skills are a plus.

• Nice-to-have:60 analytical/40 technical, this is a nice to have but not a must, we can work with this depending on the interview with the individual
• Day in the life: Billing data in the Retail Ops group
• Excel: Vlookups, Pivots, Delimited, etc
• Sql: will need to be comfortable running the data and understand queries, but won’t need to write queries, but will need to be aware of when things might need to change in the queries
• Nice-to-Have: experience updating Power BI
• Will start with one pod, but will need to be flexible to move from one group to another
• Education: min any Bachelor’s degree; 4-5+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Experience: prefers min 1 year of experience, but if VERY strong, will consider less than 1 year
• Regulatory considerations
• Someone needs to understand the larger picture and the large ramifications of their actions
• Gas/Power billing experience would be VERY helpful to have
