Hr Analyst, Compensation
Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina Hybrid Schedule (3 days on site)
- In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR data analysis and payout calculations to support compensation related initiatives.
- You will track, maintain, and report out on HR data using your advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- You will own calculation of the annual sales incentive payouts, collating data in Excel from various sources such as HRIS system, Business Ops reports, SAP, and stakeholder inputs.
- Using your strong attention to detail, you will reconcile numerous records from multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies to ensure highest level of accuracy in payout calculations.
- Formula for Success: 2-3 years of HR Analyst experience specifically within Compensation, Sales Incentive Compensation, and Market Pricing Quantitative HR Analytics experience focused on data cleansing, number crunching, and report development in support of compensation & sales.
Expert level Excel skills:
- Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, ability to write advanced Excel formulas and if statements, ability to work with large data sets (few thousand rows of data)
- Exceptional attention to detail, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and ability to patiently troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic work environment while using critical thinking and perseverance to resolve discrepancies and drive data quality.
