People Data Review
The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy and AI risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data. The ideal person will have proven risk management skills, be a systems thinker, and have experience leading highly complex and highly matrixed company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Provide end-to-end support for ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are tracked, managed, and delivered on time.
- Assist in defining and supporting the program vision, strategy, and scope.
- Collaborate with Program Leads and Managers to unblock issues and manage project objectives for timely delivery.
- Organize and manage workstream and program management meetings to drive coordination and completion.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to leadership, cross-functional teams (XFNs), and partners; escalate as needed.
- Use data-driven insights to identify and share opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.
- Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans in partnership with the Change Management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster trust and collaboration.
- Creatively build and manage a Workplace Chat group directed to users of the People Data Review program; be well versed with the program and
- processes, and manage/respond to user queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Risk management or Compliance expertise; preferably 2nd line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within a Tech company
- Proven experience in program or project support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and share process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with leadership and managing stakeholder communications.
Minimum Years of Experience :10 +
Must-Have Skills
Experience as an HR Risk Manager with expertise in:
- Privacy compliance
- Risk Management
- Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
- Proactive and solution oriented
- Ability to build trusted professional relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI governance or responsible AI practices
- Change management certification or hands-on experience
- Familiarity with GRC platforms or privacy management tools
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Previous Meta /great feedback/Eligible for Rehire
Degrees/Certifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Risk Management
- CIPM, CIPP or AI compliance certifications would be beneficial
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Project Management: Track, manage, and support ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on time.

- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with program leads and managers to identify and unblock issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Risk & Compliance Assessment: Conduct end-to-end assessments of employment, privacy, and AI risks in new use cases involving people data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and cross-functional teams; escalate concerns as needed.
- Data-Driven Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements, and share insights with the team.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to foster collaboration and trust.
- Workplace Chat Group Management: Create, manage, and respond to queries in a Workplace Chat group for program users, ensuring clear communication and support.
