Department Overview:

• The Asset Information department is responsible for managing all business-related data associated with Client’s substation assets.
• This role supports the development and enforcement of data standards, performs data analytics, monitors data quality, and manages the daily operations of the asset lifecycle within data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to safety in all work activities.
• Maintain and apply asset data standards across Client systems.
• Support reporting initiatives.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements to align data across multiple Client software platforms.
• Ensure the integrity of substation equipment data across various databases
• Perform data entry and monitor data quality, particularly for attributes collected prior to energization.
• Coordinate with Commissioning Engineers and On-Site Coordinators.
• Verify equipment removals and determine disposition and destination.
• Update data systems with accurate and complete information.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards to monitor and report on data quality.
• Process data report queries to extract and analyze system data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and data accuracy.
• Foster open, honest, and collaborative communication within the team.
