  • Extensive experience in facilitating meetings for executive leadership.
  • Proven track record of working with senior leaders and teams.
  • Strong background in planning, organizing, and running high-level sessions.
  • Expertise in implementing new ideas and project development.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to senior leadership.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and engagement among executive participants.
  • Candidates must not be retired from client.
  • This position is not suitable for entry-level facilitators; only highly experienced professionals will be considered.

Job Description

  • The role of a Meeting Facilitator is to moderate the conversation during your team gathering or meeting.
  • They set the tone for the meeting and keep the agenda on-track.
  • Meeting facilitators ensure the everyone has a chance to participate in the meeting and creates an inclusive meeting environment.
  • Other responsibilites also may include meeting planning, scheduling, managing the agenda, setting up and running the technology platform, issuing summaries, and ensuring follow ups are completed.
  • They often support a large global organization or team with higher-level managers, they are very skilled and diplomatic, and can oftentimes be seen as a more "senior" manager depending on the team.
