Description

Work Schedule: 3–4 days per week (depending on company policy).

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Work Environment: Front-facing, office-based position.

Role Overview:

The Administrative Clerk will support day-to-day office operations, focusing on calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and general administrative duties. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a front-facing presence in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars for team members or leadership.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Arrange domestic/international travel and prepare related documentation.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and staff inquiries.
  • Support general office operations as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
