This role with be a data entry position.
 

Key Requirements and Duties:

  • The Client Services Associate will report to the Client Services Manager and will support data cleanse activities in alignment with project guidelines and in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter information and ensure data entry conformance with the data plan.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Reformatting information, such as contact information
  • De-duplication
  • Verify data relationships according to the data plan
  • Escalate issues and seek clarification from Manager as needed
  • Manages follow-up activities from identification to closure

 

Required Skillsets:

  • Follows procedures / protocols
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MedPro is a plus
  • Organized
  • Clear communication
  • Ability to work at computer for extended periods
