Must be onsite
Shift start time - 6:00am to 8:00am, 8hr shift with 30min lunch
Notes:
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) :SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Computer based administrative work.
Preferred background/prior work experience? Insurance billing or verification
Priority soft skills :Organization, attention to detail.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update Sales Force cases with patient information
- Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
- Verify insurance information with insurance providers
- Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
