Job Description:        

  • The Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for maximizing performance through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • We are seeking a Central Planning Lead with solid experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects.
  • This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Drive standardization and continuous improvement in sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including: defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments
  • Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, performance metrics, and key issues into a comprehensive portfolio view, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual projects, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement. 

Good to have skills:

  • Process improvement and operational excellence expertise.
  • Experience with sales engagement strategies and cadence standardization.
  • Executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with technology product go-to-market strategies.

Years of experience needed:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business planning, operations, project management or similar roles.
