Product Compliance Coordinator (1901721) – Research Triangle Park, NC

To fill the position of Product Compliance Coordinator, responsible for conducting consistency checks during the development of CSF, COC, or COA to ensure that all systems which reference formulation data are consistent.
In this role, you will report to the Head, Regulatory Service – North America and work with members of Global Regulatory Affairs, Federal and State Registrations, IT, Operations, and Business Teams.
Formula for Success Utilize your Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences.
Utilizing your robust analytical and problem-solving skills, you will conduct consistency checks during the development of CSF, COC, or COA to ensure that all systems which reference formulation data are consistent.
Leveraging your chemistry knowledge and experience, you will conduct planned large scale and individual consistency checks to ensure that all systems which reference formulation data are consistent.
Based on these analyses identify inconsistencies / non-compliance and develop solutions together with formulations, regulatory, operations, business and legal.
Coach and support their implementation.
Your commitment to follow-through and compliance will be essential as you ensure tracking and completion of consistency and compliance actions items.
Your strong written communication skills will be a valued asset as you compile and file establishment reports to the EPA for the USA.
Demonstrating your strong understanding of crop protection formulation compositions or related know-how in pharmaceutical, personal care or a related product field, you will support Client’s Product Launch Excellence process, working with the cross functional group to ensure consistent and compliant product definition prior to launch.
