Work Location: Summit, NJ
- The Brand Manager – Global Segment Marketing is responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager on global brand strategy, developing new concepts and products, building strong networks, and developing assets to support product launches.
- As a Manager, you will work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to ensure brand integrity and meet future needs and expectations:
Key Responsibilities include
- Develop new concepts and products; support development of brand 3YOP plan
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF product launches
- Support Senior Brand Manager in global, multi-media communication campaigns for both total brand and new product launches
- Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and increase HH penetration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage and/or mentor 1-2 brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development
- Provide appropriate promotional materials and work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.
- Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive business plans.
- Ability to work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
