Work Location:  Summit, NJ 

  • The Brand Manager – Global Segment Marketing is responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager on global brand strategy, developing new concepts and products, building strong networks, and developing assets to support product launches.
  • As a Manager, you will work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to ensure brand integrity and meet future needs and expectations:

 

Key Responsibilities include

  • Develop new concepts and products; support development of brand 3YOP plan
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF product launches
  • Support Senior Brand Manager in global, multi-media communication campaigns for both total brand and new product launches
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and increase HH penetration
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage and/or mentor 1-2 brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development
  • Provide appropriate promotional materials and work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication

 

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive business plans.
  • Ability to work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
