Job Description (Required):
- Client Pharmacokinetics Dynamics and Metabolism (PDM) group in Andover MA is responsible for development and implementation of a variety of bioanalytical assays supporting drug discovery programs.
- Ensuring seamless lab operations is fundamental to successful execution of bioanalytical science.
- We are looking for a motivated individual who will work with the lab manager to ensure that scientific staff can focus on drug discovery enabling research.
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Responsibilities may include general laboratory organization and stocking, monthly equipment maintenance, supply ordering and other administrative tasks, and assisting with the coordination and quality control of the transfer of critical reagents to offsite storage.
- The candidate may also participate in execution and support of science experiments including tissue processing, automation, or standardized assays.
Minimal qualifications (Hard Skills)
- Experience with basic laboratory practices (can be from college courses)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Skilled in MS Office software
Candidates with the following qualifications will be strongly considered
- BS/BA/Certificate in Biotechnology or a related field with 0-1+ years of experience
- Familiarity with ELISAs and/or conjugation chemistry
What will the resource be working with, or, have exposure to?:
- Any Non human Primate work (live or cell lines)
- Unscreened blood, human tissue or human cell lines
