Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the Business-Led Career Expectations, Career Growth Narrative and Structured Interviewing Programs.
- This role requires strong consultative skills to understand business needs, assess processes, and advise on content adjustments and program adaptations based on feedback.
- The successful candidate will be adaptable and agile in problem solving, capable of flexing to meet evolving business needs while maintaining structured project execution.
- In addition to program management, this role will provide some administrative support across the Careers Team to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Business Driven Career Expectations process, partnering with teams to develop customized career expectations in alignment with the Client- Wide framework.
- Consult with teams to adjust and refine their content based on their specific needs, while ensuring consistency with broader company standards.
- Identify opportunities for program improvements to enhance clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Req Intake Template
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share information.
- For all programs, draft program-related communications, such as emails, posts, slides.
- Support Career Growth Narrative research projects. May include: drafting content, organizing focus groups, documenting research insights, creating readout reports
- Support structured interviewing by consulting on business driven process and supporting SWE Coding Interview Modernization project.
- Facilitate legal and compliance review of coding interview updates
- Coordinate with Skills Development team and/or external to create new trainings in alignment with updated interview structure.
- Partner with Change and Comms team to develop strategy for supporting Eng,
- Recruiting and External Candidates through this change
- Supports workstreams across Career Programs with administrative tasks as needed: meeting scheduling and preparation, note taking, data entry

- At least 4 years of experience in a program management role, preferably within HR. Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Project
