Description
Grooming R&D Support
Hours of Work: 40 hours Variable based on need and availability
Required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes): ESD shoes as needed, safety glasses.

(1) Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
(2) An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement.
(3) Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
1. Execute with Excellence - Previous role experience within Initiative Leadership, Project Management, Marketing Specialist, or Work Process Ownership. Demonstration and Implementation of work processes, workflows, working with Multifunctional Resources/Teams. Acts as a business owner with great sense of urgency and focus to manage multiple projects/priorities with the organization and attention to detail. High Capacity to lead multiple projects at any given period.
2. Lead with Courage – Ability to demonstrate Leadership to set direction/priority for others, hold others accountable to deadlines, develop execution plans, and work collectively across functions and suppliers. Can manage expectations and engagement across all business functions. 3. Objective/Project Background:
- Grooming R&D need help with an experienced formulator for 3-6M
Scope of Work:
- Design, develop, and deliver Grooming Care formulations
Skills needed
- Formulations skills – based on the consumer needs and consulting with Grooming Care B3, working team and Beauty Care technologies be able to identify potential technologies that can solve the consumer tensions
- Partnership and Communication – be able to reach out to different people in other organizations and communicate the insights, and learning plan with Manager and peers
- Technical rigor – have technical rigor and document the reason behind the formula/technology choice
- Digital Systems – be able to use wide range of digital tools (basic to advanced)
