Description

FT Hybrid schedule. Monday and Friday are remote days.   Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are in office days in D
Some travel (1-2/month) – team meetings, site visits within Client service territory

The perfect candidate would have a good mix of analytical / office administration work/ Project Manager experience.

  Candidate must haves:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel—Excel assessments highly desired for consideration—testing for V-lookups, pivot tables, and equations). 

 

Education Level/Type: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree 

 

Technical/Software

  • This position is as a Project Management Analyst (PMA) supporting the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO) at Client.
  • This position provides day to day support of a Sr. Project Manager at Client responsible for a variety of electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in Washington DC area.
  • Roles and responsibilities of the PMA include support on a variety of project analytical activities, contract administration including supporting development of RFP's for distribution programs, creation contract requisitions, contract payment authorizations, invoice review and approval, accruals, and overall contract tracking responsibilities.
  • PMA's will be responsible for managing a large amount of program level data that is tracked through a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft PowerBi. Successful candidates must have strong analytic skills including specific experience with advanced functions in Excel.
  • Preferable is candidate who is organized (deal with high volumes of orders), vocal (interaction with a variety of stakeholders required)  
  • Some knowledge of utility construction is definite plus
  • Detail Oriented, Organized, Timely, Effective Communicator           
  • Dependable – must report at Client office in Washington DC (3) days per week
