Description

Remote anywhere USA

  • Looking for a Benefits HRIS Professional to provide support for Integrations and Data within our Workday and ADP GlobalView (SAP) Environments.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for managing employee reported issues that come in through our various ticketing systems (ex: ServiceNow, Email/IM, and External Vendor Systems).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that inbound and outbound integrations are processed successfully and resolving any errors if needed.
  • Making any data corrections necessary to resolve issues reported by internal benefit team members, or that are necessary to resolve a reported issue.
  • Extracting data from various environments to perform audits or to determine the impact of a reported issue.
  • Working with the internal benefits team and external vendors on adhoc reporting requests.
  • Managing our ServiceNow Queue for employee reported issues

Desired Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP)
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Import Formats: SSL and G2
  • Hands-on experience with managing SAP Infotypes IT0014, IT0015, and IT0169
  • Hands-on experience with Spinfx reporting as well as standard reports/tools (ex: adhoc query, WageType Reporter)
  • Ability to combine various reporting sources in excel to provide support for audits or issue impact analysis
  • Ability to work with various teams, both internal and external

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Knowledge of UKG Payroll (formally Ultimate Software)
  • Knowledge of Workday
