Description

Work Schedule Hours: Hybrid, Monday and Friday work at home.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office.

Subject to change. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Half hour lunch.

Candidate must be comfortable with Excel and VLookups.

37.5 hour work week.

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Business Support Team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a full-time employee.
  • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients, manage the high-volume inquiry mailbox, and support the team with administrative tasks and basic analysis work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to clients and team members, addressing inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing the inquiry mailbox and support line, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to draft and finalize agreements.
  • Conduct basic research and analysis to reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Some experience in a customer service role, preferably within a corporate or professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
