Description
Work Schedule Hours: Hybrid, Monday and Friday work at home.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office.
Subject to change. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Half hour lunch.
Candidate must be comfortable with Excel and VLookups.
37.5 hour work week.
Position Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Business Support Team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a full-time employee.
- The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients, manage the high-volume inquiry mailbox, and support the team with administrative tasks and basic analysis work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to clients and team members, addressing inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing the inquiry mailbox and support line, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to draft and finalize agreements.
- Conduct basic research and analysis to reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Some experience in a customer service role, preferably within a corporate or professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
