Talent Operations Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field (ie business operations, recruiting associates, administrative assistant).
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests/duties efficiently.
- Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
- The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
- A high level of integrity with ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team:
- The Talent Operations Coordinators team plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and management.
- They help reimagine how client recruits, hires, and retains employees in an ever-evolving work environment.
- Their focus includes inclusive hiring practices, ensuring the global employee network reflects client’s mission of empowering everyone to achieve more
- This team is looking to expand and have a coordinator aligned to leadership within the org to assist with upcoming PCN requests, headcount data management, notes and Employee Central and iCIMS.
Key projects:
- This role will have a tangible impact on an organization of more than 7200 team members (and growing), supporting an aggressive hiring ramp across a diverse global team and developing best practices that streamline their hiring. This person will partner closely with hiring managers, business administrators, and the business operations team both in the US, India and EMEA, to coordinate end to end hiring logistics.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
- POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
- Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
- Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
- Working with Managers and Recruiting partners to ensure open req details are captured properly throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.
- Disqualifiers: This is not a typical admin assistant role and is heavily focused on recruitment, operations and program management.
- Candidates with heavy admin experience will not be the right fit for this role and will be disqualified at the time of shortlisting.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
- Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role
- Previous experience as a PM or in operations.
- Knowledgeable in Employee Central and iCIMS
