Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• They will support DS’s partner closely within marketing analytics and data engineering teams (sub support) other TPMS and strategy planning and operations team.
• That engage with business partners, streamlined organization across the marketing org. 
• Supporting FOA side of this Scheduling meetings, taking notes, bringing order to the chaors of the team, d2d project management within GSB and tasks, pulling data and putting it in presentation for leadership, aware of resource utilization and staying on top of it across teams.
• Keep on track on risks, running spring reviews stand ups, fairly standard TPM.
• The nature of the role based on ambiguity a lot of soft skills needed to perform.
• Apart of organization that have not had this support, while others had it and has seen success, requires influencing skills

Must-Have Skills        

• Google sheets, Google stack, slides docs
• Agile background – project management tools asana, JIIRA
• Working understanding or marketing and analytics, partnering closely with decision scientists, skilled at understanding the nature of the work documenting and communicating

Nice-to-have Skills    

• Internally meta tooling GSD, TASKS, workplace chat, some other recognize project management tools

Years of Experience:
