Monday - Friday 40 hours a week, standard core hours

- Minimum 8-10 years experience with product management
- Minimum 5-8 years experience with Ownership, which is being a leader in a space over a specific project
- Minimum 8-10 years with experience with conflict management
Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the team- The purpose of this team is to be responsible for customer experiencers for all consumer selling services: supply chain, developing requirement documents, investments, etc.
- Key projects – This role will need to help with VSB- very small business is the project planned to be launched in 2026 and help provide an additional support to a current vendor
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – This role will be made up of 30-40% meetings: made up of with design, engineering, leadership read out, 10-15% personal development, and 40- 50% product management including building requirement docs, presentation docs, and prepping for read outs

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required – 8-10 years of overall experience in the field
- Disqualifiers – Candidates with titles of past roles that do not match the responsibilities of the role will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average – The ideal resume would be able to back up and speak on past experience. Ability to operate with ambiguity, strong cross team collaboration.
- Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
- Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
- Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
