- Technical understanding of Raw Material Information forms
- Expertise in chemistry, polymer data and botanicals data requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Leadership skills to conduct daily meeting, capture status and guide next steps
- Confidence to escalate issues to management
- Expert knowledge of Enovia and SRI tool for raw material searching.

- Expertise in Excel tools
Duties
- Entry level for employees who develop proficiency in R&D Procedural work and expertise in Application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve technical problems.
- Delivers technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.
- Set up, operate, and maintain the lab equipment.
- They test, monitor, and keep detailed logs of the experiments.
