Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible lunch break)

 

Employment Type: Contract (with potential to convert to full-time based on)

 

Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our water treatment operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior lab experience and a strong interest in environmental and water quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lab tests and procedures according to established protocols.
  • Document and report findings accurately using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Support quality control efforts and follow safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals.
  • Learn and adapt to water treatment testing practices.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (relevant college degree may substitute for experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory or technical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a water treatment or related industrial lab setting.
  • Familiarity with water quality testing and lab equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes.
  • Interest in continuous learning and improvement in the field.
