  • Supporting projects, analysis, power points, supporting documents, preparing presentation, supporting one manager directly Open procurement professionals in all industries Short term assignment, no extension at this time.

 Must have experience:

  • 1+ year minimum year of experience in procurement related role
  • Excel – intermediate exp, pivots, formulas
  • Coupa experience preferred and Ebuy preferred

  • The yearly spend coverage is around 15B€ with a special focus on Procurement Excellence, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
  • Closely collaborating with Finance, Business Operations and Business Units, Procurement is instrumental in achieving cost efficiency and savings.
  • Procurement plays a critical role in optimizing Business Operating Income (BOI) with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity. It forges strategic partnerships with suppliers, prioritizing innovation and data driven solutions.
  • We are seeking a dynamic and talented person to join as an Agile Procurement Associate. As part of the Procurement Agile Teams, this role will be pivotal in supporting high-value projects and negotiations which will have a direct impact on Procurement achieving cost savings and BOI impact targets.

 

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our procurement team.
  • The Junior Buyer will assist in procuring goods and services, ensuring that the organization's procurement needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • This role involves working closely with senior buyers and other team members to support the purchasing department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Analysis on RFI & RFPs
  • Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Support Project Management activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
