We are looking for a proficient and dedicated Warehouse Program Coordinator to supervise and administer inventory movements and material control within our warehouse facilities.
- The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the internal best practices, food safety, regulatory standards, and inventory management protocols.
- This role involves orchestrating warehouse activities and personnel, promoting team evolution and performance management.
- The ideal candidate will also ensure that warehouse operations meet the facility's demands, guaranteeing efficient inventory flow and precise reconciliation.
- The chosen individual will facilitate accurate and timely dispatches of ingredients, packaging, and samples to our internal innovation labs while emphasizing safety best practices and robust inventory control via SAP.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination: Oversee site operations to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of ingredient and packaging supply requirements.
- System Management: Ensure optimal functionality of storage systems, receipt, and internal lab supply.
- SAP Management: Guarantee seamless communication, inventory reconciliation, and material flow.
- Inventory Control: Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy by supervising entries and exits. Perform and oversee regular cycle counts to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate and distribute resources to effectively execute operational plans and manage storage volumes.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols in all warehousing operations and uphold compliance with safety best practices.
- Audit and Compliance: Proactively address and fulfill audit requirements and ensure adherence to Food Safety Program guidelines, KORE Corporate Standards, and other applicable legal requirements.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to internal customer inquiries and requirements related to warehouse activities, ensuring a high level of service
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams, with a robust background in warehousing operations and activities.
- Education: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP and comprehensive inventory management.
