Location: Remote (U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico) | ~50% Travel
About the Role
- We are seeking a Strategic Client Growth Executive — someone who thrives on being where decisions are made, engaging hiring managers proactively, and growing revenue through trusted relationships and early visibility into hiring needs.
- This role is not about passive fulfillment — it’s about showing up, earning trust, and growing accounts by uncovering new T&M and SOW opportunities, getting heads-up requisitions, and building meaningful relationships with candidates long before and after they start.

What You’ll Drive
Client Growth & Strategic Engagement
- Actively “walk the halls” — virtually and in person — to uncover early-stage demand and drive deeper engagement with hiring managers.
- Grow client portfolios through heads-up requisitions, referrals, and strategic internal introductions.
- Expand T&M and SOW business within existing accounts through consultative conversations and problem-solving.
- Partnering with multiple depts and teams internally on day to day basis (such as but not limited Sales/BD team, AMs, Delivery, Marketing etc)
Candidate Relationship Expansion
- Build early and ongoing relationships with placed consultants — becoming a trusted touchpoint beyond Day 1.
- Help build stronger candidate pipelines by matching future demand with market-aligned talent.
Field Intelligence & Visibility
- Travel up to 0% to client offices, networking events, or consultant check-ins.
- Serve as the face of Rangam — articulate, present, observant, and client-centric.
- Capture field insights and market shifts, and funnel them back into delivery and executive teams.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Leverage CRM (HubSpot) and ATS tools to track engagement, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with AMs, SDMs, and recruiters — not to own delivery, but to inform, unlock, and accelerate it.
- Help shape go-to-market plays and account expansion strategies with input from field learnings.
- Partner with sales, Account Managers, and delivery teams — not to own delivery, but to inform, unlock, and accelerate it.
Who You Are
- 3+ years in account growth, client engagement, or staffing industry consulting roles.
- Passionate about being in the field, uncovering needs early, and solving problems proactively.
- Strong at building trust with both clients and consultants.
- Consultative, observant, and eager to take ownership of growth — not task execution.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, travel, and dynamic, client-facing work.
