Description
You’ll be leading and managing product innovation in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, consumer insights, product development, and marketing.
Description:
- Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business in collaboration with Innovation team. Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment
- Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research
- Lead execution of innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development to execution.
- Lead the content development for New Product launches working closely with a cross agency team including social assets, influencer content, ecommerce content and shopper.
