Must Have 

• 10+ years Classic Tissue Converting experience Technical expert on the Core Machine Embosser Laminator and Tissue Classic Winder
• Familiar with the technically accurate set up including CPE and Centerlines.
• Ability to identify defects on equipment and drive resolution;
• Strong troubleshooting, loss elimination thought process
• Ability to train others either in classroom or more likely hands-on
• Ability to meet the converting essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with ECR’s and ability to recommend ECR’s linked with losses; 15-20+ years of Classic Tissue Converting experience; Knowledge of GTC TPS

Job Description

• A Production Leader is in charge of the entire production process for a particular or set of products.
• They plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications.
• They supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
